A rainy afternoon at the beach

NO MATTER what the weather was like today Tetra and I decided we were off out in the car in search of somewhere lovely along the coast road towards Malahide . And rain it did which may have been damp but not a dampener and a fantastic backdrop for pics.

While Tetra's toddler Ella was not as mad as the last time I was with her at the beach back in February when Tetra spent the whole time grabbing her out of the sea, Ella still insisted on taking her shoes off and going for a paddle. It was freezing. She also sat down along the water line and we had to seriously bribe her away and it took an age. Kids are mad :) And hardy!

Here's a couple of pics from the day, with more coming shortly. Well ones without rain drops on the lens that is...

@Caithlin, it was freezing but you wouldn't have known it to see her run around.

@Grannymar it was even cuter seeing her sit down taking them off.
