LOL at CC, my personal favourite is Rat be herein, teen bra hire is just wrong.
If you're 19 and need a specific type of bra for a special occasion, (let's say a wedding or a formal for the sake of argument) and you know you'll only wear it once then hiring might be an option if the price was right!! Don't you think??
